Apart oriented training, professional training for all employees, KIMSEN also holds regular training sessions about Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 Standards, Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001:2015 Standards, working safety, guidelines for emergencies, etc. to widen knowledge and raise awareness among employees.
With the scale of about 250 employees, to remain and optimize the efficiency of the application of the Quality management system and the Environmental management system, KIMSEN has appointed members in ISO board to attend training course at Bureau Veritas Organization to enhance knowledge and those members will certified as auditors. We are committed to maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 by the always consider, test and continually improve the entire work process.
